**Responsibilities:**

As a Remote Chat Agent at careerzynith, you will be responsible for:

* Responding to customer inquiries through live chat, email, and other digital channels in a timely and professional manner
* Resolving customer issues and concerns in a prompt and effective way, providing accurate and helpful information about our energy services and products
* Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with customer accounts, collaborating with other teams to resolve complex customer issues
* Meeting or exceeding customer service and sales performance metrics, driving sales growth and customer satisfaction
* Providing exceptional customer experiences, building strong relationships with customers, and promoting careerzynith's energy services and products
* Staying up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services, and sharing knowledge with colleagues to enhance the customer experience

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):**

* First Contact Resolution (FCR) rate: 80% or higher
* Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) score: 90% or higher
* Sales conversion rate: 20% or higher
* Average Handling Time (AHT): 5 minutes or less
* After-Call Work (ACW) time: 2 minutes or less

**Requirements:**

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or chat environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Proficiency in computer software and technology, including chat platforms and CRM software
* Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace for remote work
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues
* Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
* Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Experience working in the energy industry or a related field
* Knowledge of careerzynith's products and services, or a willingness to learn and develop expertise
* Certification in customer service, sales, or a related field
* Experience working with CRM software and other customer service tools
* Fluency in multiple languages, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds
