The role involves collaborating with HR experts to develop user-friendly articles and ensuring content is optimized for discoverability within various platforms.ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain knowledge articles within Workday Help and other platformsEnsure content is properly tagged, categorized, and optimized for searchabilityMonitor and update articles to reflect changes in policies, procedures, and organizational needsCollaborate with HR subject matter experts (SMEs) and CoEs to gather accurate informationDocument HR processes, policies, and procedures in a clear and structured formatWrite clear, concise, and user-friendly articles, guides, and FAQs using plain languageStructure content to enhance readability and accessibility for a diverse audienceApply consistent formatting, tone, and structure across all knowledge assetsDevelop and incorporate multimedia assets such as PowerPoint-based videos and SundaySky contentCollaborate with design and video teams to enhance content engagementSupport the creation of training materials and learning resourcesPartner with the Communications team to ensure alignment with Trinity Healthโs communication standardsOversee the full lifecycle of content: creation, review, approval, publishing, and retirementConduct regular audits to ensure content remains current, relevant, and accurateSkillsBachelor's degree in communications, Knowledge Management, or related field3-5 years of experience in knowledge management, HR communications, or content developmentExperience managing content in Workday Help, ServiceNow or similar knowledge platformsFamiliarity with LMS tools and content lifecycle best practicesExperience with multimedia tools (e.g., PowerPoint, SundaySky, video editing software)Experience in a healthcare or HR environmentKnowledge of adult learning principles and instructional designBenefitsRemote based opportunityContingent role - not benefit eligibleCompany OverviewTrinity Health is one of the largest multi-institutional Catholic health care delivery systems in the nation.
