**The RES PMO Task Director Role**
As a RES PMO Task Director, you'll play a critical role in leading the project management of high-priority initiatives across the RES division. You'll be responsible for organizing tasks from project inception to execution and closure, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and senior management to drive business outcomes and deliver exceptional results.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Lead the project management of high-priority initiatives across the RES division, including organizing tasks from project inception to execution and closure
* Develop and maintain project artifacts, including project plans, contracts, risk and issue logs, and dashboards
* Manage multiple simultaneous projects of varying complexity and priority, across different teams and stakeholders
* Drive the development of the organization's culture at the functional level, ensuring alignment with careerzynith's values and mission
* Foster communication methodologies and implement cycles, exercises, and projects that result in optimal dissemination of information and communication consistency, increasing awareness of project expectations, change management, and impact
* Support the development of business cases, prioritization, and divisional portfolio management
* Maintain and establish effective relationships and feedback loops between leaders, functional partners, and cross-divisional careerzynith teams
* Support the growing plan and development of the RES PMO capability and the development of a Center of Excellence for critical portfolio management

* Demonstrated ability and a proven track record of success in managing and delivering multiple projects of varying sizes and complexity
* Unparalleled communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work across the organization, and the ability to build and effectively manage relationships with partners and senior management
* Ability to lead and work independently and within a team
* Capability in written and oral communications, and ability to produce concise reports for executive presentations
* Should perform satisfactorily in their current position
