**Job Summary**

As a Pharmacy Technician Data Entry Specialist at careerzynith, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our pharmacy data management systems. You will be responsible for completing initial data entry tasks, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional support to our pharmacy team. **Key Responsibilities**

* Complete initial data entry tasks for pharmacy records, prescriptions, and other related documents
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
* Provide exceptional support to the pharmacy team, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely manner
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless data exchange and integration
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders
* Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements

**Essential Qualifications**

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
* 1-2 years of experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting, with a focus on data entry and record-keeping
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience with electronic health records (EHRs) and pharmacy management systems
* Certification as a pharmacy technician (CPhT) or registered pharmacy technician (RPhT)

* Experience with data analysis and reporting
