About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pharmacy Technician and Data Entry Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our pharmacy department, you will be responsible for assisting the pharmacist in the practice of pharmacy, developing strong relationships with customers and patients, and providing exceptional customer service. This is a full-time, remote opportunity that offers a competitive salary of $75,000 per year and a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the pharmacist in the practice of pharmacy, including the use of pharmacy systems to retrieve patient and drug information and process prescriptions
Develop strong relationships with customers and patients, providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues or inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Model and provide a unique and delightful customer experience, including interpersonal habits and arenaflex service characteristics
Perform duties as assigned by the Pharmacy Manager, Staff Pharmacist, and Store Manager, including utilizing pharmacy systems, filling prescriptions, and maintaining accurate records
Assist with inventory management activities, including ordering, unpacking, checking, and storing shipments of prescription medications
Support the Pharmacy department in maintaining a clean, neat, and orderly environment, ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures


Essential Qualifications

Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)
Preferred: six months of experience in a retail environment
Preferred: previous work experience with arenaflex
Preferred: desirable math skills to fill prescriptions accurately, including counting, measuring, and weighing medications
Preferred: basic computer skills and knowledge of store inventory control
Preferred: PTCB certification

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and patients
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately process prescriptions and maintain accurate records
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in pharmacy systems and software applications
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service
