* Conducting monthly audits of incomplete account transfer requests, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to optimize our processes

**What We Require (Qualifications)**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

* A High School Diploma or GED
* A minimum of two (2) years of experience as a high-volume data entry operator or typist, with a proven track record of accuracy and efficiency
* The ability to pass computer skills, typing accuracy, and 10-key skills testing, demonstrating your proficiency in data entry and computer software
