They are seeking a Product Data Analyst to transform product and customer data into actionable insights, which will support decision-making across various teams within the organization. Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain dashboards for internal and external reporting Support the Product, Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing teams through analysis and clear data presentation Partner cross-functionally to understand business needs and define metrics Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support strategic decision-making Track and analyze key product metrics including retention, cohort analysis, funnels, and feature adoption Present insights in a clear, actionable format for stakeholders Support Data Governance by ensuring data integrity, running quality checks, documenting key processes, and maintaining a data dictionary Proactively identify opportunities to automate workflows and improve how we work Bring a curious, experimental mindset - dig into root causes and test new approaches Skills 0 to 2 years of experience in Data-focused role Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Business, Math, or a related field (with coursework in data analysis/statistics) Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, including complex formulas, lookups, and pivot tables Strong skill in data visualization and communicating insights clearly Understanding of statistical concepts such as hypothesis testing, confidence intervals, correlation analysis, and significance Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills A creative, improvement-focused mindset - excited to streamline processes and automate repetitive tasks Competence in SQL, Python, or R, along with experience using BI tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Tableau Benefits Competitive base salaries and stock options Healthy work/life balance Great benefits package that covers you and your family Company Overview Blue J is a gen AI platform that delivers verifiable tax research and automated drafting to help tax professionals.
