**Key Responsibilities**

**Requirements**

* 16 years of age or older
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* 1-2 years of experience in data entry, customer service, sales, or a related field
* Proficient with basic PC skills, including Microsoft Office and other data entry tools
* Strong typing skills, with a minimum speed of 30 words per minute
* Ability to focus on tasks without being distracted, and to work independently with minimal supervision
* Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
* Basic English written and spoken language skills
* Ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues via email and phone
