[Remote] Industrial Engineer, Junior Consultant

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Connors Group is seeking an Industrial Engineer, Junior Consultant to be a core part of their project team. The role involves extensive data collection and communication at client locations, requiring significant travel and flexibility in work hours. Responsibilities • Always demonstrate professional and ethical behavior • Provide exceptional value to our clients • Provide the highest quality of service through your work • Contribute to making Connors Group a great place to work • Contribute to helping make our communities better places to live • Successfully complete data collection activities for various types of studies across multiple industries • Professionally communicate with all levels of employees at the client site, and all levels within the project team • Responsible for self-time management, progress reporting of tasks to direct project lead and work productively for the assigned observation durations on the client site • Travel extensively (90-100%), and sometimes independently, throughout the US • Demonstrate initiative, responsibility and analytical thinking • Flexibility to work alternative hours, including evenings and weekends Skills • Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering or other related field • Strong work ethic and capability to work independently • Strong communication and presentation skills • Demonstrated ability to assess and solve problems • Working knowledge of MS Office including: Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook • Access to reliable auto transportation and a major US airport • Ability to travel 90% - 100% of the time • Flexibility to work variable shifts, including weekends and evenings • Some internship or co-op experience is desired Company Overview • Connors Group is a global retail management consulting firm with deep experience across all retail verticals including grocery.
