Our mobile robot ANYmal uses legs for extreme mobility in complex environments, camera- and LIDAR-based sensing for full autonomy and obstacle avoidance, and AI for high-quality and consistent inspection results. The software enabling ANYmal to perform autonomous inspection missions is almost exclusively developed in-house. Our customers are large asset operators and industrial service providers pioneering the use of robotics technology for inspection and maintenance. Your Contributions Lead customer projects to ensure smooth deployments, build trust, and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholdersManage project timelines and resources, keeping all parties informed and engagedConfigure and optimize ANYmal robots to meet customer needs worldwide, leveraging your technical skills to adapt to diverse environmentsProvide technical guidance to global clients, consulting on project feasibility, and ensuring alignment with their unique requirementsShare insights from deployments to improve product development and customer experienceTrain new ANYmal users, simplifying complex concepts to empower customers to operate and maintain their robots confidentlyRepresent ANYbotics at international events and exhibitions, showcasing ANYmal’s capabilities and inspiring interest in our vision for robotics Your Profile A degree in engineering, robotics, computer science, or a related fieldExperience in a customer-facing role, ideally involving mobile robotsProficiency in managing multi-stakeholder projects and navigating technical and non-technical aspectsFamiliarity with Linux and programming languages like Python or C++A customer-focused mindset with excellent relationship-building and problem-solving skillsFluent English communication skills (written and spoken), adaptable to diverse audiencesExcitement about opportunities for international travel (up to 70%) and working in varied environmentsA positive attitude and enthusiasm for working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment Additional Information Join us in building an inclusive and diverse team where your unique skills and experiences will be valued and appreciated as we Build the Future of Robotics!We offer you a very exciting and dynamic work environment, the opportunity to become part of a fast-growing company and an ambitious team that is on a mission to change the industrial inspection market, a chance to leverage your experience and bring in your own ideas to grow our presence and build trust with our customers in North America
