**Job Summary**
As a Part-Time Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving customer inquiries, and providing timely and accurate information about our products and services. **Key Responsibilities**
* Answer inbound calls from customers about our products and services, providing timely and accurate information to resolve their inquiries
* Understand and apply policies and procedures used for daily operations, ensuring that customer interactions are handled efficiently and effectively
* Take accountability for customer satisfaction, demonstrating a highly professional demeanor and a strong phone presence
* Achieve high satisfaction on customer surveys, demonstrating a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Participate in team meetings, sharing knowledge and best practices to improve customer service and drive business results
* Collaborate with colleagues to resolve customer issues and provide timely and accurate information
* Stay up-to-date on product and service offerings, ensuring that customers receive the most accurate and relevant information
**Training and Development**
* Receive extensive paid training, up to 3 weeks in length, to ensure that you have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role
* Participate in ongoing training opportunities to develop your skills and knowledge, ensuring that you stay up-to-date on the latest products and services
* Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices, driving business results and improving customer service
**Compensation and Benefits**
* Competitive hourly rate, starting at $15-$17.50 per hour, with opportunities to increase take-home pay
* Top 75% of associates are eligible for incentives, providing additional earning potential
* Career path from Associate I to Associate IV, with each step earning an increase in pay
