**Essential Qualifications**

* 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the financial services industry
* Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, with a focus on building relationships and resolving issues
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
