Bandsintown Group is looking for a Senior Copywriter & Content Strategist who is a sharp, execution-focused writer with strategic thinking capabilities. The role involves creating and evolving written content across various platforms, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining brand voice guidelines.ResponsibilitiesLead the creation and evolution of written content across websites, campaigns, emails, landing pages, social media, paid placements, and marketing materials â spanning blog articles, case studies, UX copy, support resources, and moreWrite, edit, and proofread copy that moves people â to click, to buy, to sign up, to trust usResearch topics and collaborate with internal subject matter experts to produce accurate, informed contentDevelop and maintain brand voice guidelines, messaging frameworks, and editorial standards â keeping the team aligned as products and priorities evolveCollaborate with Product and Marketing on naming, positioning, and packaging for new and existing products, features, and initiativesProduce and maintain sales enablement materials for our Sales and Artist Partnerships teams â one-sheets, objection handling guides, case studies, and pitch-ready collateral that stays current as products and positioning evolveKeep content accurate and current across the board â an organized library of sales materials and resources, plus regular updates to landing pages, help content, and other evergreen assetsPartner with the Editor of Hypebot (Bandsintownâs owned music industry publication) to surface story opportunities, syndicate Hypebot content across Bandsintown channels, and curate Bandsintownâs presence on the publicationOwn content operations end-to-end: content planning, tools and workflows, intake and prioritization, and reportingUse Claude as a force multiplier â maintain brand voice, style guides, and messaging context in Claude so every output starts from the right foundation, pressure-test copy, explore angles, and QA output against our standardsSkills5â8+ years of experience in copywriting and content strategyFamiliarity with the music industry â you understand the ecosystem and can write credibly for artists, promoters, and venuesA portfolio demonstrating range across tones, formats, and audiences â B2B and B2C, long-form and shortData-driven approach â you know what content metrics matter and whyHighly organized and systematic in your approach to managing a high volume of content â you keep things fresh and moving without losing track of the detailsStrong AI tool proficiency with sharp instincts for when and how to improve on the outputBenefitsMedical, Dental, & Vision Coverage, Life & Disability InsuranceGenerous paid time off, including sick days and standard company holidaysSummer Friday hoursRetirement planStipends for concert tickets and music streaming servicesFriendly, rockstar coworkersWork/Life balance with hybrid workCasual dress codeWork with a recognizable product/brand that music fans loveCompany OverviewLive music starts on Bandsintown.
