**Responsibilities**
As a New Customer Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
* Placing outbound calls to promote and sell careerzynith services to new customers
* Evaluating customers' current situations and dispatching sales to the field
* Providing exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
* Utilizing Microsoft Office applications to manage customer data and sales performance
* Multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks to meet sales and customer service goals
* Working independently and as part of a team to achieve sales and customer service objectives
**Qualifications**
To be successful as a New Customer Specialist, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
* Telephone sales experience, preferably in a customer-facing role
* A thorough understanding of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
* The ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks to meet sales and customer service goals
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent interpersonal skills
* Excellent follow-up and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
* A background in sales or customer service is preferred, but not required
