Analyst - Total Rewards, Retirement

In this role as an Analyst for Total Rewards in Retirement, you will provide operational and administrative support for retirement programs, ensuring compliance and effective management of offerings. Responsibilities Support quarterly 401(k) processes, including reconciliation, true-up, and loan delinquencies Assist with the annual retirement plan audit to ensure accuracy and compliance Review and approve monthly pension benefit payments Plan and facilitate in-person and virtual retirement readiness meetings for employees Support acquisition activity related to the integration of 401(k) and pension plans Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all benefits data and reporting Manage the ongoing administration and future offerings of the L’Oréal Employee Share Plan (LOSP) Serve as a point of contact for employees, retirees, and Human Resources Business Partners for all retirement benefit questions Skills Strong analytical and attention to detail skills Strong financial and benefits data analytics skills, with experience in payroll/vendor audits and annual testing Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, macros, pivot tables) The ability to read and apply provisions from retirement plan documents (IRS, DOL, ERISA regulations) Experience in a benefits or finance-related function, with specific experience in retirement programs preferred A Bachelor's degree in a related field such as human resources or finance Benefits Competitive Benefit Package (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Pension Plan) Hybrid Work Policy (3 Days in Office, 2 Days Work from Home) Flexible Time Off (Paid Company Holidays, Paid Vacation, Vacation Buy Program, Volunteer Time, Summer Fridays & More!)
