**The Role**
As a Manager Strategy - Customer Experience - Remote at careerzynith, you'll play a pivotal role in developing and executing our interconnected business strategy. **Key Responsibilities**
* Stay abreast of external developments to identify opportunities and threats in competitive and market intelligence.
* Leverage internal and external research to develop insights and solutions, creating compelling documents for executive audiences.
* Address business problems by structuring issues and prioritizing analyses during the planning process.
* Drive one or more interconnected strategy and operational execution workstreams.
**Requirements**
* Must be at least 18 years old.
* Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
* Minimum of 4+ years of relevant work experience.
* Strong skills in quantitative analysis, qualitative analysis, and strategic problem-solving.
* Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership.
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to lead and manage cross-functionally.
* High degree of drive and personal ownership.
* Comfort with framing and addressing ambiguous challenges.
* High degree of confidentiality and professionalism.
**Nice-to-Haves**
* Previous work experience in world-class retail or ecommerce, or in professional services such as strategy consulting, private equity, or investment banking supporting retail/ecommerce businesses.
* MBA or Master's degree.
