**Experienced Lead Customer Service Representative – Store Operations and Team Leadership**

**Key Responsibilities:**

As a Lead Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

* Greeting customers with a smile and providing exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience
* Operating the register, handling cash, credit card transactions, and making change accurately and efficiently
* Making purchase suggestions to customers, promoting arenaflex products and services, and driving sales growth
* Working with our food program to provide a seamless customer experience
* Leading shifts on a regular basis, gaining entry-level management experience, and developing leadership skills
* Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, adhering to arenaflex standards for appearance and customer satisfaction
* Collaborating with colleagues to achieve daily goals, share knowledge, and support each other in a fun and energetic team environment
* Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance, ensuring seamless coverage and minimizing disruptions

**Essential Qualifications:**

* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Retail and customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
* Ability to work in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration, problem-solving, and adaptability
* Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
* Basic math skills, with the ability to accurately handle cash, credit card transactions, and make change
* Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds, and perform other physical requirements as outlined below

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Entry-level management experience, with a focus on leadership development and team management
* Sales associate or cashiering experience, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and providing exceptional customer service
* Motivation to advance in your career, with a willingness to learn and grow with arenaflex
* High school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on academic achievement and personal development

**Physical Requirements:**

* Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
* Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
* Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
* Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
* Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
* Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination and occasional ladder climbing
