As a key member of our Customer Support Group, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our clients, navigating a variety of post-order issues, and ensuring that every interaction is a positive and memorable one. Key Responsibilities Compassionately assist clients with navigating an assortment of post-order issues, such as delivery questions, damages, returns, replacements, assembly services, and order notifications Exhibit reliability and commitment to being available and on time for your full shift every day, ensuring that we're prepared and available to help our clients when they need us most Handle a high volume of contacts, managing an estimated 50-60 calls per shift in a fast-paced and highly structured environment Meet our superior performance bar by exceeding customer satisfaction, succeeding in gathering client support efficiency metrics, and fulfilling other obligations as assigned Professionally connect with clients, building relationships and working to understand their concerns and needs through inbound calls, chats, and messages Listen effectively and show empathy, actively paying attention to understand client concerns and leveraging internal resources to find the best solution to fully address their issue De-escalate client concerns, utilizing your peace promotion skills to align the needs of the client with the options from the business while remaining calm and composed Issue tackle, thinking systematically to solve client issues in a first-contact resolution approach, without relying on pre-populated scripts Be educated and perform multiple tasks, navigating numerous programs, tabs, tools, and systems to quickly and effectively answer questions and provide solutions Raise foundational issues, identifying areas where improvement is required for blithequark clients and offering any patterns with leadership Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent Ability to read, write, and comprehend Spanish and English languages Knowledge of working within Windows Operating Systems or equivalent Availability to attend 100% of our compulsory training, with no misses, downtime, or lateness Qualified candidates will be expected to pass the candidate evaluation to proceed with the screening Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in customer service or a related field Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Proficiency in multiple software applications and systems Skills and Competencies Exceptional customer service skills, with a passion for delivering outstanding experiences Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work with diverse clients Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high volume of contacts and multiple tasks to manage Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think systematically and outside the box Proficiency in multiple software applications and systems, with the ability to learn and adapt quickly Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and teamwork Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we're committed to the growth and development of our employees.
