About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Junior Geographic Information Systems Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Geographic Data group, you will play a vital role in creating geographic data for assigned areas, designing computer-generated maps and reports, and providing administrative support to local dealmakers. Key Responsibilities Design computer-generated maps, reports, tables, and charts for assigned districts using MapInfo as requested by regional dealmakers. Process requests and orders directly from arenaflex Activities for market strategy guides and display materials. Perform a variety of project-specific tasks, including research and presentation of data as assigned. Provide administrative support to regional dealmakers by preparing accurate and timely cost reports, editing documents, booking travel, preparing visit books, and meeting other administrative requirements as needed. Perform general office duties, including answering incoming calls, greeting office visitors, mail handling and preparation, ensuring all office equipment is functioning correctly, and ordering office supplies. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in GIS or a related field. General knowledge of geographic information systems. Understanding of data analysis and statistical concepts. Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat and MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with MapInfo.
