**Key Responsibilities**

As a Junior Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

* Logging in to our chat system at the start of your shift and managing customer interactions efficiently.
* Logging out at the end of your shift, ensuring all inquiries have been addressed.
* Collaborating with our customer service team to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer experiences.
* Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
* Staying up-to-date with arenaflex's products and services to provide accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries.

**Position Details**

* **Rate:** $35 per hour
* **Requirements:**

+ Must be able to work independently, follow detailed instructions, and commit to at least 5 hours per week
