They are seeking a Senior Broadband Consultant who will play a vital role in delivering high-quality consulting services, conducting complex analyses, and fostering strong client relationships to meet the technology needs of governments in the broadband age.ResponsibilitiesDeveloping high-quality deliverables and solutions for clients, in collaboration with engagement managers, subject matter experts, and project teamsResolving questions or problems identified by internal and external stakeholders to support the project teams with execution of tasksAssisting engagement managers with efforts to identify and monitor client needs, deliver actionable insights and analysis, and enable effective communicationProactively participating in client engagements and representing CTC in a positive light to external stakeholdersBuilding productive working relationships with our clients and their teams throughout the lifecycle of our engagementsImplementing processes with cross-functional teams to ensure that all work products meet quality standards and client expectations; developing new processes as business needs emerge and changeCreatively assess and design project solutions with engagement managers and teams while operating within the strategic and risk mitigation frameworks established by CTC and our clientsCollaborating with other CTC teams, consultants, and subject-matter experts to satisfy engagement requirementsMotivating other consultants and analysts throughout projects, while providing direction and feedback to ensure effective team communication, participation, workload balance, and supporting professional developmentA flexible schedule is necessary to accommodate meetings and client needs across various time zonesSkillsBachelor's degree or higherMinimum of four years of client-facing consulting experience, demonstrating a proven ability to manage client relationships, deliver high-quality work, and navigate complex business challengesMinimum of four years of demonstrable expertise across broadband policy, infrastructure funding and implementation, digital opportunity, grants management, or broadband mapping and data analysis projectsPractical experience coordinating with project stakeholders; aligning deliverables with expectations; anticipating and responding to stakeholder needs on tight timelines; driving quality outcomes with high-quality work product and effective communication; supporting the delivery of professional services; working with teams at all levels, from staff to executive management; and successfully presenting recommendations and analysisExcellent written and verbal communication skills combined with exceptional organizational skillsAttention to detail, analytical skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving skillsAbility to shift between multiple projects and tasks each dayAbility to work efficiently and effectively as part of a remote teamFlexibility to take on new tasks and manage priorities based on changing client requirementsDesire and willingness to learn new subjects, dive deep into broadband policy and technology when needed, and continuously improveBenefits401(k)Dental insuranceFlexible scheduleFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offTuition reimbursementVision insuranceCompany OverviewCTC Technology & Energy is an established, woman-owned consulting firm that offers a unique combination of qualifications and capabilities in broadband financial analysis, business planning, engineering, and network strategic planning.
