Patient Support Specialist (Remote - West Coast US or Hawaii)

The Job We’re seeking a compassionate and people-oriented Patient Support Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be the primary point of contact for patients using our at-home sleep study, guiding them through every step and ensuring they feel supported, informed and motivated throughout the process. Key Responsibilities: Provide friendly, empathetic support to patients via phone, email or chat Collect and analyze patient feedback to improve the company’s services and product offering Provide administrative support related to patient outreach, documentation and follow-ups Partner across teams to continuously improve the patient experience Requirements Strong communication and interpersonal skills Based on the West Coast US or Hawaii Ability to handle sensitive patient information with professionalism and discretion Confidence working with digital tools and systems Experience in healthcare, customer support or patient care is preferred but not required Spanish proficiency is a plus Benefits Why join us?
