As a key member of our global organization, you'll play a critical role in defining and delivering exceptional customer experiences. **Key Responsibilities**
As an IT Operations Manager at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:
* Managing local and/or remote resources to ensure seamless IT support for Amazon employees worldwide
* Collaborating with the global organization to define and deliver exceptional customer experiences
* Developing and leveraging knowledge bases to expedite the resolution of recurrent issues
* Identifying opportunities for automation, documentation, and process improvement to reduce requests and enhance efficiency
* Setting high standards for issue handling, escalation, and problem management across the organization
* Guiding the team with metrics and goals that clearly measure their success
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* 5 years of experience developing a team of technical professionals across multiple locations
* 2 years of experience leading technology teams as an IT Operations Manager
* A Bachelor's degree, or 4 years of professional or military experience
* Knowledge of Linux or Unix systems administration
**Preferred Qualifications**
