Job Responsibilities:
Promote and sell air travel to the public or freight forwarders
Provide assistance with passenger check-in and load acceptance
Interpret authority's rules and regulations for domestic and international travel or shipment shipments
Meet and dispatch aircraft within set-up times
Provide assistance to troubled passengers and customers
Protect company properties and revenue
Ensure a safe travel experience for our customers
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
High school diploma or GED
Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
Bilingual language skills (required in some locations)
Valid driver's license (as required by local authorities)
Ability to work irregular and/or extended hours, including weekends and holidays
