Customer Service Representative Needed
We are a growing and innovative company, and we are looking for a customer service representative who focuses on providing excellent service. In this role, you will be a key part of our team, ensuring that our customers are assisted in a professional and friendly manner.
What will you do?
- Handle incoming emails and online customer inquiries (phone calls optional).
- Analyze customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Process requests from managers and support team members.
- Work with customer service software and CRM systems (experience with Zendesk/Freshdesk is a plus).
- Accurately record customer data and communication.
What we are looking for in you:
- Fluent in Dutch
- You are a hard worker who enjoys helping customers and is looking for a stable role.
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role.
- We're looking for someone long-term who wants to grow with us.
- You work in an organized manner and have an eye for detail.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented attitude.
- Reliability and punctuality come naturally to you.
