Job Overview
In this critical role, you will be responsible for a variety of warehouse duties, including transferring pallets and individual cases, operating a forklift, and participating in weekly stock counts. As an Inventory Control Associate, you will work closely with coordinators, peers, managers, and team leads to ensure seamless operations and excellent communication. Key Responsibilities

Transfer pallets and individual cases between trailers and storage areas, ensuring accurate and efficient movement of products
Collect and relocate unoccupied pallet slats to a storage room for safekeeping, maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment
Pick appropriate cases according to order using required technology, demonstrating attention to detail and precision
Operate a forklift, having completed the certification process, to ensure safe and responsible operations
Load freight onto truck trailers using carts or by placing cases directly on the floor, utilizing effective methods to maximize efficiency
Obtain and distribute products, participating in weekly stock counts to maintain accurate inventory levels
Perform various tasks to promote cleanliness and sanitation in the facility, including sweeping floors, cleaning trailers, and disposing of garbage
Lift and move items weighing between 15 and 50 pounds, with or without reasonable adjustments, demonstrating physical ability and stamina


Minimum Requirements

Be at least 18 years old, demonstrating maturity and responsibility
Possess the ability to work on weekends, holidays, and off-shifts, showcasing flexibility and adaptability
Be able to lift items weighing between 15 and 50 pounds, with or without reasonable adjustments, demonstrating physical capability
Have the ability to stand and walk for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations, demonstrating endurance and stamina
Be willing to work in conditions that may involve high heat, humidity, hazardous equipment, and slippery surfaces, demonstrating a commitment to safety and well-being
