Requirements (Must Have):
Ā Google Cloud Platform Certification
Ā Professional Machine learning Engineer or Associate Cloud Engineer or Professional Cloud Architect
Ā Genesys
Ā Any level of Genesys certification
Ā Worked for a healthcare or payer (insurance company) implementing Google Dialogflow CX and Genesys Phone integration
Ā Experience with solution design and Architectual diagram development and interpretation
Ā Experience working with either Python or Node.js for Google Dialogflow implementation
Ā Experience working with Google Cloud Platform Speech-to-text and/or Genesys Speech-to-text systems
Ā Experience implementing Google Call Center Artificial Intelligence (CCAI) solutions for agent assist
Ā Experience integrating Generative AI Large Language Models into chatbot solution workflows and backend processing tasks
Ā Comfortable with hands on development tasks and interacting with Google Cloud Platform from applications and the Google Cloud Platform console
Ā Comfortable and knowledgeable with Natural Language Programming concepts (NLP) and chatbot concepts
Ā Such as intents, entities, fall back intents, happy path workflows, webhooks, and slot filling in the content of Dialogflow CX
Ā Basic Knowlege of conversation design
Ā Ability to produce diagrams detailing conversation flows
Ā Ability to interpret and product diagrams showing the full flow of application interactions from Genesys and Google Dialogflow

Ā Comfortable interacting with clients and personable, so that we can trust this person to maintain a good relationship with our clients
Ā Progressive experience leading teams and designing solutions in the payer or health care space
Ā Computer science background
Ā Familiar with computer science algorithms and fundamental data structures
Ā Familiar with efficient code development
Ā Familiar with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines and code repository systems such as GIT and Bitbucket
Ā Comfortable with clients that may disagree with their strategy and is accommodating to the client.
Ā Comfortable with Infrastructure as Code solutions like Terraform
Ā Experience and strategies for testing Google Dialogflow CX chatbot systems
