You’ll work with a team of professionals focused on this market to help drive growth and make new hires to supplement our existing bench. Core Responsibilities
• Project management of select projects compatible with business development responsibilities.
• Monitor project performance and assist with budgeting, invoicing, and collections.
• Meet Year 1 sales targets.
• Identify and win $1-3M in viable opportunities in the Energy Market.
• Assist with hiring and teaming partnerships with a focus on geographic and technical expertise to reflect emerging market needs as well as client relationships.
• Work with internal client facing teams to identify opportunities to move away from single service selling by combining more full project life cycle offerings (early to late-stage development engineering and environmental, remediation, compliance, etc.).
• Foster seller/doer culture in portfolio to maximize revenue potential of existing MSAs and identify new client MSAs to pursue and grow sales pipeline.
• Develop a sustainable sales pipeline of both near-term book/burn opportunities as well as larger multi-year revenue generating opportunities to support staff workload balancing.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Participate in strategic planning efforts to align with overall regional and business unit goals.

You’ll thrive here if you have
• 20+ years of experience in environmental consulting, with a strong background in Energy markets.
• Management of projects.
• Experience in business development and contract negotiations.
• Experience with environmental consulting and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Maintain 30-50% billability. Expected to serve as client facing PM on select projects.
• Travel up to 40% of the time.
