The Role: iGaming Dealer Presenter & Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:
Present casino games live on-camera, ensuring an entertaining and interactive experience for players.
Host various casino games such as Blackjack, Roulette, and Baccarat, following the rules and procedures taught during training.
Interact with players in real-time, responding to their queries and enhancing their gaming experience.
Work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as part of a 24/7 studio operation.
Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to the dress code and grooming standards.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a smooth and enjoyable gaming environment.
Essential Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Ability to obtain a NJ Gaming License.
Successful completion of a pre-employment background check.
Minimum 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience (preferred).
