They are seeking a Scale Client Partner to manage a high-volume portfolio of customers, focusing on retention, renewal predictability, and delivering consistent customer value at scale.ResponsibilitiesManage a portfolio of SMB and mid market accounts, prioritizing engagement based on renewal timing, customer health, risk signals, and growth potentialOwn end to end renewal execution, including forecasting, stakeholder alignment, risk mitigation, pricing coordination, and deal closureDrive scalable customer engagement through standardized programs, value-based communication, and proactive identification of retention and expansion opportunitiesMaintain accurate account data, forecasting, and operational discipline within Gainsight and Salesforce, ensuring visibility across customer activity and outcomesPartner cross functionally with Sales, Technical Success, Support, and Product teams to coordinate renewals, resolve risks, and support customer retention and growthSkills5–8+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Renewal Management within software and/or hardware environmentsExperience managing high-volume customer portfolios with responsibility for renewals, forecasting, retention, and risk mitigationExperience operating within structured, scalable customer engagement models and repeatable processesAbility to interpret customer health, usage, and risk signals to drive prioritization and actionStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate value clearly across a broad customer baseTechnical aptitude and ability to connect product capabilities to customer business outcomesExperience in industrial manufacturing, digital transformation, or process optimization environmentsBenefitsFlexible PTOMedical/dental/vision insurance401(k) matchStock optionsPaid parental leaveWFH and phone stipendCompany OverviewAugury develops AI-driven solutions for monitoring machine health and process efficiency in industrial operations.
