**Responsibilities and Duties**
As a Chat Brand Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service to golf enthusiasts and professionals on careerzynithgolf.com
* Sharing your passion and expertise for the game and our brand with customers
* Using primarily careerzynith golf equipment to provide informed and personalized recommendations
* Communicating with customers at a professional level, both written and verbal
* Familiarity with the careerzynithgolf site and any related media/searches
* Ability to compare and analyze competitor products
* Thriving in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple chats at once
**Skills and Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* 5+ years of golf experience, with a strong understanding of the game and its nuances
* 2+ years of club fitting experience, with a focus on careerzynith products
* In-depth knowledge of current and past careerzynith products, including their features and benefits
* Familiarity with similar products from other brands, including their strengths and weaknesses
* Ability to communicate and assist golfers on all careerzynith products, from enthusiast to pro level
* Strong typing skills, with a minimum of 35 wpm, and the ability to communicate clearly and concisely
