Key Responsibilities Handle a variety of customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, providing accurate and timely support. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools to resolve customer queries. Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint and determining the cause of the problem. Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and provide personalized support. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: High-speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
