Key Responsibilities As a Live Chat Support representative at blithequark, you will be the first point of contact for customers, offering assistance and solutions via live chat. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for every customer. Here are some of the key responsibilities: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat, ensuring timely and accurate information. Provide accurate and timely information to customers, addressing their concerns and questions. Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, escalating complex issues to senior support agents when necessary. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful as a Live Chat Support representative at blithequark, you will need to meet the following essential qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. Proficiency in written English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer skills and typing speed of at least 40 WPM, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software applications. Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, with a minimum of 20 hours per week. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
