**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team of talented professionals. As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable, secure, and efficient web and cloud applications. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop innovative solutions that meet those needs.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with project teams to identify business needs and develop innovative solutions
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable, secure, and efficient web and cloud applications
- Work with microservices architecture, messaging middleware, and cloud platforms like OpenShift (Kubernetes) and AWS
- Develop APIs using interface technologies like APIGEE and Strut
- Build web applications using frameworks like JQuery, Springboot, GraphQL, AngularJS, and Node.js
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment of applications
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to lead business direction
- Lead the development, implementation, and support of data innovation solutions across multiple disciplines, stages, and technologies
- Identify and address system issues as needed
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- At least 8 years of experience in software development, with a minimum of 4 years in services and hybrid technologies
- Experience working with microservices architecture, messaging middleware, and cloud platforms like OpenShift (Kubernetes) and AWS
- Strong knowledge of API development using interface technologies like APIGEE and Strut
- Proficiency in building web applications using frameworks like JQuery, Springboot, GraphQL, AngularJS, and Node.js
- Experience with version control systems like VersionOne, GIT, and DevOps
- Strong understanding of agile development methodologies and principles
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience with light-footed development with continuous deliveries is a plus
- Self-motivated person with strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to work independently and in a collaborative setting
- Past experience supporting large applications in a production environment with strong analytical skills required
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Proactive in nature with customer satisfaction as a primary objective
- 10+ years of software development experience and design is a plus
- Ability to listen to clients and colleagues, convey ideas effectively, and plan written documentation
- Ability to coach junior designers
- Experience in screening and supporting business-critical APIs
- Highly energetic and willing to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with multiple teams located in different countries
- Proven history of building consensus and driving results across teams and organizations
- Carrier industry knowledge is a plus
