**Key Responsibilities**

As an office clerk/data entry professional at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:

* **Data Entry**: Accurately and efficiently entering daily work orders into our systems, ensuring that all data is up-to-date and accurate.
* **Report Assembly and Reconciliation**: Assembling and reconciling reports, ensuring that all information is accurate and complete.
* **Clerical Duties**: Performing various clerical tasks, such as filing, copying, faxing, and other administrative duties as assigned.
* **Communication**: Maintaining excellent communication with various departments, ensuring that all teams are informed and up-to-date on relevant information.
* **Other Duties**: Performing other duties as assigned by management, including special projects and tasks as needed.

**Essential Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

* **Organizational and Prioritization Skills**: The ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* **Attention to Detail and Accuracy**: A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy in all aspects of your work.
* **Data Entry Experience**: At least 1 year of experience in data entry, with a typing speed of at least 40 wpm.
* **Office Clerk Experience**: At least 1 year of experience in an office clerk role, with a strong understanding of office administration and procedures.
* **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with various departments and teams.
* **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word, as well as industry-specific software.

**Preferred Qualifications**

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

* **Microsoft Excel Experience**: At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Excel, with a strong understanding of its features and functions.
* **Recycling Experience**: Experience in recycling or sustainability initiatives, although not necessary, is a plus.

**Physical Demands**

As a remote office clerk/data entry professional, you'll be working from the comfort of your own home, but you'll still need to be able to perform the following physical demands:

* **Computer Use**: Ability to use a computer and related devices, such as a keyboard or mouse, for extended periods of time.

**Schedule**
