Your main responsibilities will include: Responding to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate and complete information about our products and services. Resolving product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints and providing appropriate solutions, while maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers. Assisting customers with order placement, tracking, and returns, and ensuring that their needs are met efficiently and effectively. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful as a Live Chat Support Representative at Blithequark, you will need: Essential Qualifications: A high school diploma or equivalent. Proficient in written and verbal English communication. Basic computer skills and proficiency in navigating online platforms. A high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
