We are a Canadian company looking for a results-driven Google Ads (PPC) Manager to help manage and scale paid advertising campaigns for eCommerce brands.

We’re looking for someone analytical, proactive, and experienced in optimizing campaigns for performance, conversions, and ROI.

🛠️ Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns

• Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies based on data

• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis

• Improve ROAS, CTR, conversion rates, and overall campaign performance

• Manage Search, Shopping, Display, Performance Max, and Remarketing campaigns

• Track and report campaign metrics and insights

• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams for ad strategy and execution

• Identify growth opportunities and scaling strategies

✅ Requirements

• Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns

• Strong understanding of Google Ads

• Strong understanding of Google Analytics

• Strong understanding of Google Tag Manager

• Experience with conversion tracking

• Experience with eCommerce brands

• Ability to analyze campaign data and make data-driven decisions

• Strong communication and reporting skills

• Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset

⭐ Nice to Have

• Experience with Meta Ads

• Experience managing large ad budgets

• Knowledge of landing page optimization and CRO

• Familiarity with Shopify stores

• Google Ads certifications
