Job Summary

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement, develop and implement data-driven solutions, and communicate insights and recommendations to business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with scientists, software engineers, and business leaders to define business processes and provide analytical support
Influence code to investigate complex datasets and design, develop, and evaluate data transformations to solve specific business problems
Build flexible, efficient, and automated data pipelines to facilitate client-facing reporting
Automate Talent Acquisition (TA) processes to streamline business operations
Communicate verbally or in writing to business clients/leadership to share insights and recommendations
Develop and maintain large-scale data systems and architectures
Work with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions
Design and implement A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders
Essential Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as statistics, mathematics, data science, business analytics, economics, finance, engineering, or computer science
3+ years of experience with data querying languages (e.g., SQL), scripting languages (e.g., Python), or statistical/numerical programming (e.g., R, SAS, Matlab, etc.)
3+ years of experience with machine learning/statistical modeling, data analysis tools and techniques, and frameworks that influence their performance
Experience applying theoretical models in an applied environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
Graduate degree in a quantitative field, such as statistics, mathematics, data science, business analytics, economics, finance, engineering, or computer science
Experience in a machine learning or data scientist role with a large technology organization
Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS)
Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
Experience with programming languages, such as Java or C++
