We're seeking an exceptional Senior Project Manager to lead our healthcare projects across the United States. As a seasoned professional with a passion for delivering high-quality projects, you will oversee the planning, design, construction, and occupancy of outpatient care centers, ambulatory care, and other medical environments. If you have a strong background in healthcare construction and a proven track record of success, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead all facets of project management, including budget, schedule, procurement, quality, and risk for individual healthcare projects
Interface directly with clients to define project requirements and prepare scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimates, and budgets
Identify project delivery resources, conduct bid analysis, and lead evaluation interviews to recommend resources to clients
Lead and mentor a team of experienced professionals to achieve project goals and objectives
Implement communication plans, track project progress, and report status and variances to stakeholders
Assess change requests, identify project risks, and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a technical area of study
5+ years of related experience and/or training in healthcare construction projects
Minimum of 3 years of experience with healthcare construction projects
Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite and proficiency in MS Project or Procore project management software
Prior experience in a supervisory position and ability to make effective and persuasive presentations
PMP (US and/or Canada) and LEED AP certifications preferred

Competitive salary range: $115,000 - $145,000 annually
