**Job Responsibilities**
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our data center infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include:
* Designing, developing, and implementing manufacturing processes and systems for our data center products
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Plan, Item Management, and Tasks groups, to identify and address potential manufacturing bottlenecks in early development stages
* Analyzing and interpreting complex production data to drive informed manufacturing strategies
* Identifying and implementing solutions to improve execution and efficiency across the supply chain
* Leading the assessment, capability, and key development of contract manufacturers with a focus on future capabilities and growth
* Utilizing Item Information Management (PDM) frameworks to create Bills of Materials (BOM), Approved Vendor Lists (AVL), and manage Designing Change Notices/Requests (ECN/O)
* Leading the Item Lifecycle Management (PLM) team to align figure and BOM structures
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Computer Science
* At least 4 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, data center operations, or a related field
* Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, systems, and tools
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to travel up to 30% of the time
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's degree in a relevant field
* Experience directing yield improvements and process duration reductions for high-volume and high-complexity parts
* Experience with LEAN... Assembling/5S/8D practices
* Experience in charging data centers
* Ability to impact the item electrical design and manufacturing process
* Familiarity with Item Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems and tools
