**Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist – Inventory Plan Management**

As a Consultant, Global Equity, you'll play a critical role in inventory plan management, ensuring operational compliance of fairness-based long-term incentive plans and inventory buy plans. If you're passionate about data analysis, customer service, and working in a dynamic global environment, we want to hear from you. **Responsibilities:** * Perform daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to ensure operational compliance of fairness-based long-term incentive plans and inventory buy plans * Process the discharge of Performance Share Unit (PSU), Restricted Stock Unit (RSU), and inventory buy plan Matching proportion awards * Review fairness transaction activity, including transactions associated with inventory option exercises, RSU and PSU releases, and inventory buy plan activities, to ensure correct and timely buy, release, settlement, and reporting * Research, track, and respond to questions obtained from participants, process partners, or other stakeholders * Support fairness-based long-term incentive award distribution method and inventory buy plan enrollment activities * Produce ad-hoc data analytics or reporting in support of ongoing operations * Review and maintain fairness management methods and documentation * Perform other fairness plan management tasks as requested **Qualifications & Requirements:** * Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred * At least 1 year of experience in inventory plan management, payroll, tax, accounting, or a related field preferred * Experience working with multiple inventory plan products, including inventory options, Performance Share Units, Restricted Stock Units, and inventory buy plans, is preferred * Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems, and methods quickly * Understanding of HRIS systems (Workday in particular), methods, and interrelationships of data transfers * Ability to investigate and convert findings into precise actionable recommendations **Functional Skills:** * Strong attention to detail * Clear communication * Data analysis * Customer service focus **What We'll Do For You:** * Be part of a diverse group environment among fairly professional professionals * Work in a clearly global environment with daily interaction with people from different countries, functions, and cultures * Skills: + Data Analysis + Accounting + Customer-Focused + Incentive Plans + Payroll + Stock Options + Equities + Stock Plan Administration + Cross-Functional Teamwork + Detail-Oriented **Benefits:** At arenaflex, we empower our employees worldwide to prioritize their development by building skills and taking on new experiences.
