Why You'll LoveThis Job • This role is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, collaborating with local HR and Specialty units in our global areas to provide comprehensive benefits and wellness programs.• You will be responsible for conducting research and analysis, suggesting innovative global health and wellness programs for international colleagues. • As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will oversee worldwide counseling and intermediary activities supporting global benefits, assess the effectiveness of vendor services, and suggest opportunities for enhancements. What You'll Do • Collaborate with local HR and Specialty units in our global areas to provide comprehensive benefits and wellness programs.• Oversee worldwide counseling and intermediary activities supporting global benefits. • Assess the effectiveness of vendor services, suggest opportunities for enhancements, and lead the execution of critical initiatives. • Direct merchant compliance and ensure all service administrative requirements are managed within the agreement strategies and procedures. • Create and organize wellness programs for our global colleagues. All You'll Need for SuccessMinimum Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience/training.• 2 years of experience independently collecting and analyzing data to identify trends. Preferred Qualifications • Advanced knowledge of health benefits industry trends, regulations, and best practices. • Related experience with global benefits plans, including deliberate projects. Skills, Licenses, and Certificates • Knowledge of broad benefits, including both self-funded and fully insured benefit plans, experience with voluntary and wellness programs. • Knowledge of bolthires Office suite, logical and technical capabilities to analyze data and control data as part of plan analysis.• Ability to independently create presentations suitable for senior-level review for proposed Global Benefits programs.
