We're seeking an experienced full stack data entry professional to join our remote team as an administrative assistant. **Key Responsibilities**

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients and internal stakeholders via phone, email, and chat
* Process data entry tasks with high accuracy and efficiency, meeting or exceeding productivity standards
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases
* Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and objectives
* Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
* Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the growth and success of careerzynith

**Essential Qualifications**

* 1+ year of experience in data entry, administrative assistance, or a related field
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
* Ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems quickly

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
* Familiarity with data entry software and systems (e.g. Excel, Access, etc.)
* Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
* Certification in data entry, administrative assistance, or a related field
