About the Role
The Inside Sales Specialist is responsible for developing relationships with customers, gathering requirements, and negotiating terms to provide products to our diverse customer base. This is a great B2B professional sales opportunity with a large base of repeat customers, and the primary focus will be on digital communications - live chat and email with customers. Whether you are a recent college graduate or an experienced sales professional, we welcome candidates with enthusiasm to serve our customers and provide them with an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers via phone calls, emails, and live chat to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
Identify and investigate customer requirements and provide solutions to meet their needs, ensuring that our products meet their specifications and expectations
Make accurate, rapid cost calculations to provide customers with quotations, and negotiate the terms of agreements to close sales and meet sales targets
Provide superior customer service to increase sales opportunities, advise on forthcoming product developments, and upsell special promotions to maximize revenue
Check quantities in inventory and order progress with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and minimize delays
Gather market and customer information to provide feedback on future buying trends, and identify new markets and business opportunities to drive growth and expansion
Aim to meet or exceed sales targets, and demonstrate creativity and initiative in a sales environment to stay ahead of the competition


Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent sales experience. We are looking for an enthusiastic sales professional with industrial/technical product sales, B2B sales, or strong customer service experience. You should have strong math skills and the ability to learn technical product applications, as well as computer proficiency including MS Word, Excel, and the ability to type 40 WPM.

Strong team player with the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced sales environment
