About the Role This exciting opportunity is part of the Compliance Team within the People/HR Division at Blithequark. As a Data Entry Analyst, you'll play a critical role in maintaining legal and regulatory compliance by investigating and communicating requirements. You'll be responsible for ensuring that our HR systems and processes are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with relevant laws and regulations. Key Responsibilities Support the HR Compliance team and Projects with various responsibilities, including: Obtaining fingerprint/personal investigation results and processing fingerprint clearance letters Maintaining relationships with TSA, Airport Power Boards, U.S. Customs, and U.S. Postal Services Faxing/scanning US Customs results and database entry Process daily FBI fingerprints into Access database and troubleshoot any database issues Schedule and analyze HR Compliance data between different files, working closely with HRIS and EC systems Conduct high-level analyses, custom reporting/dashboards, and normalize all data used for HR Compliance Collaborate with clients and teams on a regular basis Review completed Fingerprint Applications and check for accuracy and any retransmitting of fingerprints to the TSA Clearinghouse Requirements and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field Knowledge of Criminal History Records Check (CHRC) Familiarity with the TSA Clearinghouse database Advanced Excel skills, including: Organizing data Creating complex formulas Vlookup Advanced Access skills Ability to interpret large sets of data to develop meaningful reports Excellent decision-making skills and strong organizational abilities Capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Proven problem-solving skills Ability to direct fair and consistent application of company policies and government requirements Ability to educate specialty units on government requirements, internal and external processes, and results Ability to work well in a team environment Preferred Qualifications We'd love to see: Previous experience in HR Compliance or a related field Familiarity with HRIS and EC systems Experience with data analysis and reporting What We Offer At Blithequark, we're committed to providing an exceptional employee experience.
