APPELLATE BRIEF WRITING ATTORNEY REMOTE
Position: Of Counsel / Independent Contractor with anticipated full case load of assignments. THE FEDERAL APPEALS FIRM™, is a law firm concentrating its practice in handling Social Security Disability cases at the Federal Court level. We strive for excellence in Federal Court appeals. The firm is based in New York City / New Jersey and is seeking contract counsel with superb writing skills to assist with brief writing at the federal level. A qualified candidate will assist the firm in representing clients, and preparing appellate briefs, in Social Security Disability Appeals at the Federal District Court level, and possibly from time to time at the Circuit Court level, throughout the nation. We are a national law firm and have cases throughout the country. This opportunity is remote. Compensation: Fee sharing (commission based payments) on cases assigned to the brief writer. Pay is based on a percentage of fees collected. Estimated compensation range is approximately $70,000 to $129,000. The compensation is an estimate since it is dependent on success and performance.
