Our company values are built on a foundation of integrity, respect, and a passion for excellence. **The Role** As a Senior Statistics Architect, you'll work closely with our utility teams, product and process owners, and Agile teams in technology to design, develop, and implement a robust and scalable Voice of the Customer method. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Collaborating with stakeholders to outline, build, and capture business needs for the VOC method * Growing knowledge of Voice of the Customer methods and leveraging them to inform and transform data within the Cornerstone large data platform * Designing and building robust data model architecture to support efficient data processing and standardized metric definitions * Developing and implementing big data and batch/real-time analytical solutions leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions ensuring high-quality and accuracy through intensive testing at various use case levels * Providing guidance to improve competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems * Powering customer tale evaluation & elaboration, design and development of software programs, checking out & builds automation tools * Proactively identifying and automating repetitive tasks to improve best and efficiency * Working closely with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC cease-to-quit technique **Essential Qualifications** * Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, Shell Scripting languages, development life cycle management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks for a span of no less than 3+ years * Ability to collaborate actively with dating managers/product owners to expertise functional requirements and convert them into technical deliverables * Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at regular intervals to business groups * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with data visualization tools and technologies, such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js * Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure * Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, such as Jenkins, Docker, or Kubernetes * Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence technologies, such as TensorFlow or PyTorch **What We Offer** * Competitive base salaries and bonus incentives * Support for economic-well-being and retirement * Flexible working model with hybrid, onsite, or remote preparations depending on position and business need * Generous paid parental leave policies (depending on your location) * Free access to international on-site online well-being facilities staffed with nurses and doctors (depending on location) * Free and confidential counseling aid through our Wholesome Minds application * Career development and education opportunities **How to Apply** If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and are looking for a challenging and rewarding role, we encourage you to apply.
