**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, your key responsibilities will include:
* Providing exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
* Receiving and recording payments in customer accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
* Marketing to current and former customers over the phone and in-person for additional business, building strong relationships and identifying opportunities for growth
* Maintaining and securing cash drawers and accounting activities, including balancing and preparing deposits
* Performing office administrative activities, such as checking branch mail, filing, and managing office supplies
* Investigating credit and processing loan applications, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
* Performing all other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Effective communication and time management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Reliable personal transportation with insurance, with the ability to travel to customer locations as needed
* Ability to stand and sit for long periods of time, with the ability to lift and maneuver up to 20 pounds
