**Position Description**
As a Data Analyst – Talent Data Insights & Analytics, your primary goal will be to develop an insights-driven Talent organization, allowing strategic skills choices and driving higher skills and business outcomes. You'll work closely with the Talent Data Operations & Insights team to:
* Lead the development of a transport roadmap that supports the growth, execution, and development of the overall Talent approach to meet business needs.
* Provide actionable insights to Talent Partners and Delivery leaders, proactively highlighting wins, opportunities, and risks with expert recommendations.
* Develop data models that are easily digestible to support the team in making informed decisions.
* Identify priorities and roadmap unique to the business, incorporating multiple internal and external data sources.
* Enable the Talent team to become strategic advisors with the ability to directly impact business results.
* Deliver consultancy, analysis, and insights, as well as self-serve tools.
**Responsibilities**

* Influence leaders on leveraging available insights and power governance efforts, including business process enhancements and accountability handling.
**Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Arts, Finance, or a related field.
* 3 years of experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or a related field.
* Strong area knowledge in business location and understanding of internal data ecosystem.
* Experience in developing and executing skills approach, evaluation, and insights plans.
* Proven track record in delivering complex analysis and insights supporting strategic initiatives.
* Ability to develop a scalable and repeatable suite of tools that meets business needs.
* Strong relationship-building and communication skills with business stakeholders.
* Experience in using governance efforts, including business process enhancements and accountability handling.
