Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst – Recruiting and People Analytics

**What to Expect**
Data is at the heart of the Recruiting and People approach at careerzynith. We harness data from in-residence gear to display hiring tendencies, music progress, and optimize device design. Our team gathers and examines data from homegrown structures to make steady technique upgrades. As a Data Analyst, you'll be part of the Recruiting Analytics group, which is embedded inside the Recruiting business enterprise and contributes to selections made during the company.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Apply a product-centric technique to data and reporting, ensuring discoverability through user-pleasant documentation and trustworthiness with rigorous data tests
* Design, build, and keep data fashions to ensure data quality, consistency, and accessibility for evaluation
* Collect, examine, and gift data from the device whilst furnishing a subset of probably unrelated data points/filters to attract conclusions
* Effectively speak data evaluation to non-technical audiences unexpected with the domain
* Recognize styles to outline gaps inside the applicant monitoring device and pressure alternate at a device stage with accountable par1es (give up users, device admins, etc.)
* Ensure a hit integration with downstream structures and correct reporting to stakeholders
**What You'll Bring**
* Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics, Management Information Systems, or equal experience
* Previous experience running with People or Recruiting groups, or in-intensity understanding of complete cycle recruiting
* Prior relational database experience
* Proficiency in SQL and different not unusual place question languages
* Understanding of CI/CD workflows and automatic testing
* Experience with data visualization gear (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
